What we did about it

To get shoppers excited about this change, we had to make them feel something. And nothing moves us more than music. So, the first step of our action plan focussed on Spark’s extensive music offering.

Our campaign heroed Kiwis lost in a ‘music moment’, and drove conversion with bespoke messaging at every touchpoint on the path-to-purchase.  

By turning up the volume on music, we really made shoppers move.
